Faith's POV
I'm sitting alone in the library spending my last lesson of the day drawing like I always do. Why am a I alone? Because friends dont exist in my world. All the time popular kids walk past me and laugh and call me a loner, but I'm happier alone. Ya, I don't need friends. They end up hurting you at the end.
Suddenly a guy with messy brown hair and entered the library. He grabbed a random book and sat next to me. Now I know who it is, it's Chase. Remember when I said I don't have any friends, well my only friend is Chase. He is my best friend, my neighbour and my secret crush. We knew each over since when we're babies.
'Sup Faith' Chase said while shutting the book close. 'You know, I just took a book about how unicorns don't exist?'
' Ha, that was random'' I said
'So are you doing anything this afternoon?'
'Nope, I always hang out with you on weekends if your free'
But suddenly a blond girl walked in dramaticly. Everybody knows who she is. Its Ashley. 'What are you doing here Chase! Why are you sitting next to that nerd!' Chase gave me a sorry look and left with Ashely. I forgot to mention that Chases girlfriend is Ashley and he is one of the super popular guys just because he joined the basketball team filled with super popular guys.I don't blame him just because he wants to do what he loves. He told that he had to hang out with them otherwise they would treat him like crap in basketball. I totally don't mind that we arent together at school. He's still really kind with me (he doesnt make fun of me when the others do, he tells me when the others are going to pull a prank on me) and tries to hang out with me in school and makes me know that he's a true friend.
I continued reading 5 more pages of my book then left to the school canteen to get a chocolate milkshake and leave home. i went to the canteen, got my chocolate milkshake and standing write behind me was Ashely and her two friends beside her.
'What do you think your doing talking to Chase?' She said chewing her gum.
'I was not talking to Chase, he was talking to me.
'Does it look like I care? You better stay away from Chase or else. Anyway what where you talking about anyway?'
'Why do you care? It's none of your bisness what I'm talking about with him'
But them out of nowhere she spilled my chocolate milkshake on me and said 'Thats whatt you get when I dont get answers.'
Ashely walked away and her two friends followed her like lap dogs. I ran home and went on the roof and started crying.
