my brother's friend

𝗼𝗻𝗲 .

" taymor !" he heard his big brother, jamell, yell out. he rolled his eyes, getting out of bed to see what his brother wanted .

" what ?" he asks as he got to the bottom of the stairs, he has on some boxers and an oversized t-shirt with his hair up .

he sees his brother and someone else unfamiliar sitting on the couch with him .

" what the fuck. why yeen got no shorts on ?" jamell questions, with a big attitude .

taymor stank faces him and rolls his neck, " i always walk around the house like this, you could've let me know someone else was here ."

taymor rolls his eyes at the friend and the friend starts to stare him down when he looks away.

" chill out with that attitude, and this is kentrell. he gon be stayin hea for a while, so you can't be walkin roun hea wit dem short shits on ."

taymor scrunches his face up , "what ? you know what happened the last time with your other friend."

    last time one of his jamell's friends stayed here, he tried to touch tay . so his brother kept the rest of them away from the house .

"yes, i know tay, but kentrell is a good dude i promise you . and yall gon be sharin a room so yall can get to know each other ."

what did he sayyy ?

"what ? no ! how you just gon make me share my room ? what if i had somebody else coming ?"

then the friend decided to speak up .

"its coo, i can sleep on the couch ." the friend "kentrell" said, slouching down on the sofa .

"see ? he'a fine with sleeping down here ."
but jamell wouldn't let him, taymor didn't even know why he HAD to sleep in HIS room .

"no, he will sleep in yo room, now take him up dea witchu ."

taymor huffed and turned around, walking back up the stairs while he hears kentrell follow after me .

they make it to his room and kentrell puts his bags down in the corner .

taymor p.o.v

"he prolly want you to let me sleep in hea cause you got this big bed to yoself ." kentrell speaks up, sitting on the bed .
i mug him and sit on my bed next to him .

"okay so um, i dont really have any rules.. just stay on your side of the bed, okay ?" he nods, getting back up to walk out .

"where you going ?" i lean my head to the side, "i thought we were supposed to get to know each other ? " i let out a breathless laugh, crawling under my cover, getting comfortable .

"oh, i ain know, you was gettin comfortable and shit ." i shake my head, gesturing for him to come back .

"so .. why are you staying here anyway ?" i ask as he comes to sit at the end of the bed .

"damn, you straight forward huh ?" he laughs lightly .

"my moms kicked me out cause she dont like the shit im doin, but i gotta get money since i dropped outta school . it hurt me seein that i disappointed ha, but i gotta get it and i cant back out na ."

i furrowed my eyebrows at him, "wait, so you do the same thing my brother does ?"
he nods his head, " yea, why you think he let me stay here, from what he tell me he really dont trust nobody ."

i was confused, he didnt really look like the type to be in the streets .

"you right, you just dont look like the type to do .. that stuff ."

he nods his head, yawning a little bit .
"im tired as a bitch ."

"hey, no cursing i dont like that ." my voice getting a little softer cause i was a bit tired also.
"and you can sleep with me cause im tired too, just dont do anything stupid ."

he smirks at me, taking his shirt and jeans off,
"i promise babyboy ."

i slap his chest and he laughs at me .
"you hit like a baby." he laughs harder .

i pout, tearing up a little . i hate when i do this, it always happens .

"aww, you gonna cry baby ?" he turns over to the other side, putting his back toward me .

"n-no, turn back around please, i dont like when people sleep with their back towards me ." i pout even more .

he turns over and looks me in my face, bringing up his hand to wipe my tears .

" stop crying, c'mere ."
he pulls me toward him, wrapping his arms around my waist and puts his face in my neck.

"im sorry ." he kisses my neck and rubs my hips in a comforting motion .

"its okay, wake me up when you wake up cause i dont wanna sleep all day ."

"haha okay ."
