Yume's POV:

It's been 3 years (Ok I don't know if it was a 3 or 2 year timeskip when tanjiro took the final selection) I am now helping my sisters prepare for the final selection "is the bun tight enough" I ask concerned "Hai, onee-chan" they both said at the same time "how about your swords? don't forget that is papa and my sword you both are using" "Hai, onee-chan" they

both answered again "please be caref-" I was then cut of by taida "onee-chan, don't worry we're gonna be fine we are trained by you. Right?"
She said, both of them giving me a gentle smile "*sigh* fine, please do wear your masks and make sure that it won't fall off" "Hai! onee-chan, we'll be back alive with no wounds and scratches" Nika said with a cheerful
Smile "*sigh* okay you two better be okay"

Taida's POV:

Onee-chan has always been worried of us ever since papa and mama died,
Though I'm really shocked that papa's sword is like a whip I thought he's sword would be like a normal one since he use the breath of shadow

The next thing I knew were already here, I turned to look at the different people 'oh! kanao-chan is here' I thought excitedly while still keeping my smile like what onee-chan yume does, suddenly Nika passed me a note since we both don't like to speak in front of people. Anyways the note said...

'onee-chan taida, look it's tanjiro! Well onee-chan yume did say that he would become a demon slayer' still keeping my smile I turned to look at Nika who is also doing the same pointing at a familiar burgundy haired boy who is wearing a cloud printed yukata, we both were staring at our cousin

When two twins came in (I know kiriya is a boy which is actually shocking for me😲) and started talking about the instructions which me and my sister didn't listen to since onee-chan yume already told us, the next thing I knew all of them were already running so me and my sister did the same 'alright! Let's do this'

I turned to Nika who nodded so I closed my eyes and started to activate my senses since onee-chan, nika and me have the ability to sense anyways back to the point. ' 3 of them... Above!'
I turned to Nika who I think who also got the idea we took our stance.

I jumped up and cut of 2 of the demon's head, I looked over to see if Nika cut of its head and she really did all of a sudden Nika said "onee-chan I sense a demon nearby.... And it's a morphed one" still with a smile we

both were running then stopped and saw tanjiro fighting it, I charged at it and took a deep breathe

I keep on hitting the whip like sword near his neck making him scared after all this is what the first form does to the demon, until I decided to cut its head. Watching its body turned to ashes until tanjiro said "arigato! But I could've cut its head instead"

Still keeping our smiles we decided to leave and survive this final selection together with my sister '*sigh* if only you knew who we truly are tanjiro' I mentally sighed

~meanwhile with yume~

Yume's POV:

I was sitting at the estate's garden watching the sky in my shoulder was kirichi resting while beside me was kitsu and kumi 'I hope the two of them including tanjiro will survive' I was having my peaceful time when

my crow Taiko disturbed me "CAWW
YOU ARE SUMMONED BY OYAKATA-SAMA CAW" still keeping my smile I got up and wear my crescent moon mask and started walking to the ubuyashiki estate

When I reached there mitsuri kanroji, the love pillar was there smiling at me

3rd POV:

'yay! I assumed that I'm assigned on a mission with yume-Chan!' mitsuri thought, yume just waved at mitsuri as a sign of greeting her. Then oyakata-sama came "my two children I summoned you two to tell you both that I have assigned you two on a mission, teenagers frome the age of 13-19 of years have gone missing at night and I suppose this is cause by a demon"

oyakata-sama explained "Hai! Oyakata-sama, we shall go and hunt this demon down! " mitsuri said "I hope you two will come back alright" Oyakata-sama said concerned "don't worry Oyakata-sama we will be okay. We shall take our leave now" mitsuri said

ume's POV:

Me and mitsuri-chan have arrived at the village where the demon is said but there seems to be a little girl about 6 years old I went to the girl and talk to her I don't really mind if mitsuri-chan hears my voice

Because most of the demon slayer corps already saw my face and hear my voice because of tending their wounds only the pillars haven't seen my face nor heard my voice. Anyways I ask the kid a question "what happened to you little one?" I asked with a kind voice

3rd POV:

'uwahh! Yume-chan's voice is nice! So this is what the kakushi's said that her voice is kind and gentle' thought mitsuri "my onee-chan, tou-san and oka-san, died killed by monster" she said trembling

"do you have any family members to live in" ask yume "no. My other family hate me" she answered sadly, mitsuri then asked in a cheerful tone "what's your name little one!" "kyandi, don't have last name. OKa-san and tou-san did not like me"

Kyandi said "hmm... Why don't you live with me, you can be my little sister. I have 2 sisters, you can be my adopted sister" yume said her tone was kind and gentle " the girl answered"~~!"
