As i got ready for tonight all i could think about was how that i'm pregnant with duke and I's baby. I look up at the clock and realize that duke is going to be here in 15 minutes. I quickly throw on this pink blush dress and some high heels, i do my hair and makeup. By the time i finished duke knocked on the door. I walk down stairs and fling the door open, there standing in front of me was duke, he had a black tuxedo on and his hair was all done up. "what do you think y/n?" duke asked, "awe babe you look amazing" i reply back. He take his time to look me up and down and smiles to him self, i grab dukes hand and place it on the stomach he looks at me and gives me a kiss "ready to go y/n" duke asked. "omg of course! lets go!" i say back.
As duke drives he grabs my hand in his and squeezes it which gives me butterflies in my tummy, i look out the window and notice how pretty all the trees look. "duke are you gonna tell me where we are?" i ask, "not yet babe" he replies back. We drive for a couple more minutes till duke turns down this dirt rode, i look out my window and see rows of grape vines i see a little pergola that's lit up with fairy lights. I look at duke and he smiles at me "you ready baby?" he asks, I reply back "ofc". Duke hops out of the car and walks around to my side, he opens the door and grabs my hand and pulls me out of the car, he shuts the car door and starts to lead me down a lit path way. As we walk i look around my surroundings my eyes take in the view as the sun sets behind the mountains i turn to look at duke, his smile is the most cutest thing ever. As we reach the pergola i see a bottle of champagne and some food, "duke this amazing" i say. I watch as duke fiddles around in his pocket for something, i watch as he pulls out this black ring box my heart starts to beat faster as duke gets down on one knee "y/n will you marry me?"he asked, I look down at him and yell "YESSS YES YES DUKE A MILLION TIMES YES" he stands up and puts the ring on my finger and pulls me in for a kiss.

the night goes by in a blur, all i could remember is that me and duke are ENGAGED AHHHH!! "Duke, this has to of been the best night ever" i say, duke looks at me he leans in and whispers "god im so lucky to have you as my soon to be wife and the mother of my child!". He looks up at me and gives me a kiss, i melt into his kiss as our tongues dance around my mouth I pull away "maybe another time" i wink.
