It was a Sunday morning. Everyone should be lying down on their beds, basking with the warmth of their fluffy covers and pillows or with the comfort of their lovers, limbs entangled, and paying no mind even if they won't wake up 'til the sun will go back to its slumber. Some of them will maybe go out for a walk at the park or jog around their neighborhood, nodding, smiling, or waving to anyone they cross paths with. Because it was Sunday. Everyone should be happy. Everyone should enjoy the day without the irritating buzzing of their alarm clocks.
Well. Everyone except Mingyu.
He is now kneeling on the floor, surrounded by multitude of toys- dolls, stuffed toys, legos, clay, kitchenwares- and different art materials. At one look you will think that he is in a daycare center, surrounded by giggling children, clad in a colorful apron, but it is weekend and he is actually a photographer and not a daycare teacher. But no, he is currently in his apartment's living room, sporting dark circles under his eyes, right hand holding a toy rattle and right hand holding a warm bottle of milk.
"Jiyoungie, come to Googoo. Look what Googoo have here. Look, look here, please." Mingyu shakes his right hand, confused as to why there was no sound emitting from the toy. He looked down and he almost cried to the view in front of him. The warm bottle of milk earlier is now almost empty, its contents splashed on his newly-washed carpet, looking like an abstract painting. The toddler didn't even spare him a look and just continued playing, much to the raven's chagrin. He sighed dejectedly, thinking about his decisions in life.
He tips his head back on the neck to look skyward, staring at nothing. He remained on that position until he felt a hand on his lap.
"Googoo, poopoo." Oh, no.

"Jiyoungie, sweetheart, come here. You have to wear your diapers. We don't want you looking like that, right? Come here, please." Mingyu manages to say between his pants.
After cleaning the toddler, miraculously without a single problem, they've been running around the place for a solid fifteen minutes now. Mingyu wonders how can this child be full of energy regardless of the perpetual running and giggling. What do Soonyoung feed this kid? Gosh I'm so tired.
He ran after Jiyoung for about three and a half minutes more until the familiar beeping sound was heard and the door opening is echoing through the empty hallway.
The toddler dash to the door and Mingyu, of course, giddily following suit.
"Aigoo! My baby girl is so big now." The newcomer cooed, huffing slightly when Jiyoung jumped onto him. He softly pinched the toddler's cheek causing her to let out giggles and nuzzle at the visitor's neck.
"Haohao smells so nice." Jiyoung said, voice muffled.
Minghao smiled and pulled away a little to peer at the baby in his arms, "Really? Haohao smells nice? Thank you." he stated, raising his eyebrows and showing his signature smile.
Meanwhile on the other side, Mingyu is standing there feeling like intruding on an intimate moment. He wished to be seen and given attention, too, but the scene unfolding in front of him was so endearing and I'm not that cruel to ruin such precious moment but I also want attention.
Good thing, Minghao meets his eyes and he immediately let out a grin that'll definitely split his face into half. He readied himself for Minghao's blinding smile because no matter how long they've known each other, his heart will still pick up its pace, his stomach will still do backflips, and he could still feel his world stop everytime he was able to witness that beautiful smile. His dumb grin, however, was replaced by a confused, hurt, and kicked-puppy-expression because he wasn't greeted with a smile. Minghao is glaring at him when he made his way to the living room, snatching the diapers on the process.
