With the jersey still clutched in his chest, Osamu started to break down. He started rocking his body back and forth, biting his lip as tears formed at the corners of his eyes. In all of his breakdowns osamu would start hearing a voice, atsumu's voice, telling him that he's got his back and that he'll be alright.
"If I was dying on my knees, you would be the one to rescue me." Osamu cried. Remembering all the times where he would be on his knees while the ball was still up in the air, he didn't think anyone could have gotten it but there his brother has rescued him from losing a point.
" And if you were drowned at sea, I'll give you my lungs so you could breathe." replied atsumu or at least how Osamu imagined him saying.
If only Osamu could have helped his brother, save him from drowning.
"I've got you brother...I've got you brother..."
Tears came streaming down his face, stained his cheeks. He could hear sirens, see red and blue flashing lights, he remembers the scene of his brother's dead body laying on the road. There was so much blood on the road, on him and on the drunk driver's car. Osamu remembers how Atsumu pushed him away just to save his life. Holding Atsumu's bloody body, using his jacket to prevent any more blood from spilling out. Osamu remembers how he asked his brother to keep quiet to save his breath, but atsumu being stubborn and not listening to his brother on his last breath and his final words were "I've got you brother."
"I got you brother" atsumu said as he placed his arm on his brother
Osamu looked up and saw atsumu smiling at him as he placed his hand on osamus's shoulder. He felt so real, like he was really there. But before Osamu could react to anything his hallucination of Atsumu vanished. No. he thought. Eyes widened and Osamus heart dropped, he started to look around for any sign that his brother was here
"NO COME BACK. ATSUMU!"
