I thought with satisfaction as I sat down on my office chair. I had been searching for that woman for the past few months now, until my loyal butler,
Hiroshi Rin told me the news.

"What is it?" I asked.

I heard him clear his throat before speaking, "According to the information we gathered, she's currently in France. Paris to be precise."

So she ran away to Paris without even leaving me a note about ending our affair. Maybe she thought she could escape from me?

"Is that all?"

"There's more, Sir. We also found out that she's engaged."

My eyes widened, "To whom?"

"To a French Millionaire named Liam Takashi."
