As I began to cook some bacon I wonder if she had just slept through the night and not realized, since I woke up first. She hadn't brought up anything about it, so I decided to keep it on the down low until she mentioned it. If luck was on my side, then she wouldn't of woken up and everything would be fine. Once again, I got so lost in my thoughts I almost burnt the bacon. Gosh, I needed to break my habit of daydreaming. I grabbed a few plates and shouted "Breakfast is ready!" Seconds later, the tired little figure of y/n came walking down the hallway. I waved at her, and put a few pieces of bacon on my plate and two big pancakes.

A few hours later, y/n had just left. I immediately called chris.

Chris: hey what's up

Karl: dude this girl is so pretty help

Chris: so you need relationship advice again

Karl: no I'm just to shy to admit my feelings...

Chris: this is so cliche but you never know if you don't try

Karl: wow thanks I'm so inspired now. (sarcastic)

Chris: I mean like what happened last night- you told me she came over 

Karl: yeah um it's a long story

Chris: I'm patient, don't worry

Karl: fine. so we were watching a movie last night, and she fell asleep.   

Chris: mk what else

Karl: I kinda.. well..

Chris: spit it out

Karl: I practically snuggled with her- I got so close to her, and I wrapped my arms around her.. 

Chris: oh damn, did she wake up and see you?

Karl: no, I woke up first, but if she did wake up in the middle of the night then I'm screwed. But she didn't say anything about it, so I'm assuming that didn't happen

Chris: well if you really have feelings for her, take it slow. Don't rush things, and wait till the perfect time to admit your feelings, ok? 

Karl: alright, I'm gonna let you go, thanks for the advice!

Chris: no problem, you've been ranting to me about her for the past week, keep me updated.

Karl: will do- see ya later.

i flopped onto my bed and did the usual- day dreaming. Was it possible she liked me? Did she show any signs of being interested in me? I had to ask her if I really wanted an answer that bad. If she would say yes, I don't know. What if she liked someone else? What if she wasn't in to me and just wanted to be friends?
