Chapter 1

Life is always targeting me with bad luck. Whenever I have a good day there is always something that ruins it. But there is something that brights my day up. It's getting to see kenma the setter of Nekoma EVERY SINGLE DAY! He is so pretty and kind! But it's not like he'll ever notice me. He is pretty popular and has many fangirls. While I am just a background character in his life. I have only one friend. Her name is Alisa. She is pretty popular as well. She is Lev habia's older sister! Lev Habia is a first-year in Nekoma and if I remember correctly he is the middle blocker! Her parents are famous models in Russia. She is half Japanese and half Russian. Alisa is the only person who knows about my crush. I trust her but since she is popular she accidentally told Nekoma's cheerleader Akane about my crush. By a miracle, Akane didn't tell anyone about my crush! A few days later we were towards a cafe after school.

It was going great until I bumped into someone. "GAH SORRY" I yelped and bowed. I looked up to see who it was. "K-K-KENMA?!" I froze in place. I BUMPED INTO NEKOMA'S SETTER AND WHO IS ALSO MY CRUSH. "Do I know you? Oh let me guess you are another fangirl of mine?" Kenma spoke. "Akane do you know her?" Kenma asked Akane. "Uh, yea! She is one of my friends!"Akane replied. 

I stayed silent since I was scared I would say something embarrassing. "Oh, what's her name?"Kenma asked. "Y-y-y/n" I stuttered. "Cool, I am assuming you know my name already since you yelped it when you bumped into me," Kenma said. "Uh, yup! I mean you are Nekoma's setter." I replied. "Well, gotta go. It was nice meeting you y/n. Can I have your number?" Kenma spoke. "Of course!" I replied. After we traded numbers he went his way while we went ours. "OMFG I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!" I whispered. "Same" Alisa and Akane replied. That was the best thing that has happened today!

                                                           Kenma's Pov

Y/n is pretty cute. I wonder if she is single. Eh probably has a boyfriend already. I mean how can she not? She is so hot and pretty. She seems to stutter a lot though which makes her even cuter. I can't believe Akane didn't tell me about her! Well, hopefully, Akane does not mention this at practice. If she does kuroo will start being annoying and ask random questions as if we were in a relationship. Which aren't in yet and he'll even make it look like we are. Akane will most definitely tell everyone at practice tomorrow. 

                                                            A few hours later 

I should probably text y/n right now. Oh, wait it's 9:00 pm- 

She is probably asleep. I don't want to wake her up. She has school tomorrow since it's Tuesday. I should get some sleep too. HOLD ON AM I TIRED?! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TIRED OR WANTING TO GO TO SLEEP IN YEARS. Is it because of y/n I am interested to go to sleep? Ugh, this is hurting my head. I should sleep and think about it tomorrow. Hopefully, I will see her tomorrow or even Akane will bring her to practice!
