I was never good at saying hello. On the day of meeting my new band members for the first time, all that I managed to say is "Hi". But they didn't know what to say either, so we all smiled awkwardly.
Silence, completely silence. Until a voice broke it with another "Hi". I looked up. It was a boy with a soft voice and a shy smile. The sun was shining on his hair, making it a beautiful golden.

"Um, your name is Brendon, right?" It was already late afternoon now and the band practice was over. "Yeah." I answered. The other band members already left, the boy, whose name is Ryan, is now talking to me. "I love your singing voice!" He said. His eyes seemed to be sparkling. "Really? Well, thanks."
The room was quiet again. Both of us were collecting our things.
"It may sound strange, but you look like a vision straight out of 1979." He said. "Woah what does that mean?" "Well, I don't know. Maybe my soul was left in 1979." He blushed a little and chuckled. That's pretty odd, but it's cute.
We waved goodbye and I grabbed my backpack and walked out of the door.
In the middle of summer, all was golden in the sky. The day is ending, but summer seems to be endless.
The sun is probably going away now, but the moon will come out soon. Maybe it's when they meet. That's interesting.
Well, you'll never know how a friendship will start.

Ryan writes, I sing, everyone play music together. Golden days.
Everything is just perfect before us. Albums, tours, friends and dreams. Suddenly I feel that I've got everything.
Seasons shift, things change, but we'll surely stay the same.
Four guys, for ever.
