Chapter 1

Today it's starting with tantrums. Like always. It's not a great way to start a story buy their family is the definition of problems, only his grandparents weren't the same as they were. Jungkook always looked up to his grandfather, he was always the greatest person to him.

His grandfather is a wealthy man who owns multiple house all over South Korea. But most importantly, he loves nature and the forest. It was one of the most expensive house out of all. The one in the mountains.

Right now, it's going to be flushed away. Since the owner is not here. Jungkook knew how much that house is important to him, so he decides to own it. Surely his parents won't accept that. An old filthy house that nobody entered for almost 35 years is now going to be owned? That's weird.

"Buy anything you want but not that house." Jungkook's father said as Jungkook sigh in frustration. They were in their company, his parents paid a visit to see what was going on. Obviously it turns out badly.

"Father, this house is so important to grandpa!" Now there was a dead silence going in the room. The mother noticed and talks.

"Jungkook-ah," She starts, going towards her son. Jungkook hums, looking away from his father like a little 5 year old child. "If you want it, go ahead." His eyes shot open as well as Mr. Jeon.

"Who's going to live there?!" The father yelled, trying to be convincing.

"Me, obviously.." Jungkook grinned. Mr. Jeon surely noticed the way he behaved and it made him even more pissed.

"Bring your wife too." Jungkook shook his head. Jungkook and his wife, Eunha, weren't in good terms. He never liked her and he knew that she liked him. That was the problem. She was annoying and clingy girl. Jungkook plastered a disgusted expression in his face.

"I don't want to bring her. You know that you guys made me married her because of the company. Leave me alone for once. I worked like you told me too, married a girl I don't like and plus you guys don't let me buy stuff at the age of 24." After he let it out, the mother sighed, knowing what his son is feeling.

"Fine, take a break. A month. You worked hard, too hard actually. Have some fun, bring Taehyung too." Jungkook nodded. He hugged his mother tightly, taking a deep breath of her smell. He pulled away, looking at his father. Obviously, he was staring at the window where we could see the whole city.

"I'll take my leave. Bye, see you guys in a month." Jungkook said, dialling Taehyung immediately. He was going to say the news but he didn't want to actually bring him with him. Because he wanted to experience this feeling in the mountains alone. Where he could remember his memory of him and his beloved grandfather.

Obviously Jungkook's parents had a quarrel after he left.

As Jungkook entered his house, Eunha was in the couch with a bag of chips. He takes a look around where all the maids were working hard. He sighs. Eunha, raises an eyebrow in confusion before jumping and hugging him. Jungkook groaned, pushing her away.

He stomps to their shared room. He takes his luggage, putting all of his clothes, literally every clothes. He was happy that he could finally take a break from everything.

"Where are you going?" Eunha asked, as her back was supported by the wall.

"I'm going to a business trip.." He bit his lip, trying to wait for her answer. He was nervous, sometimes Jungkook brings her with him in some trips but this one, he really wanted a break from everyone.

"For how long?" He closed his luggage, putting his jacket on him. He looks at her boringly before replying.

"A month, now bye." He walks past her. She was trying to hard to stop him from going because any of his trip were that long. Jungkook could only think, a house without any sound and her voice. Eunha could only think how was she suppose live without him.

He finally shut her up and drove away. Jungkook put the gps and blasted his car with his favourite song. He was singing along, screaming crazily as he was excited to have no work, no Eunha nor screaming from his Father. This was heaven to him, pure joy.

He closed the car door, taking his luggage, he stood in front of the beautiful old house. They were still a long way to go, before he could start he noticed something weird in the bushes and rapidly going to the house.

He rubbed his eyes, thinking that it was only an illusion. He shrugged it off, starting his walk.

After finally arriving at the top, he took big sigh, wiping off his sweats on his forehead. He opened with the help of his grandfather's keys that he gifted him. He told him,

"Come whenever you want, my boy. This house is yours.."

He smiled at the thought of it. After entering the house, he was greeted by the beautiful clean house that was never touched for a long time. He smiled, dragging his luggage to the room.

Then he heard something, water running down. He placed in the corner his luggage, following the sound where it belonged. It stated to be more louder at every second. It belonged in the bathroom.

Someone is already here? He thought.

He peeked inside, where his eyes widen, round as a circle.

There was actually someone in the bathtub?
