Not So New Girl

A New Girl?

I have been working hard on the next couple of chapters!! These ones have definitely turned out to be way better than the first ones! I'm working hard to become a stronger, and more detailed writer! Please let me know if there is anything you guys think I can do better!! I hope you guys enjoy!

      Like a flash the day comes. I wake up to my father knocking at my bedroom door. "Please get ready Lila. We will be leaving for your first day in one hour." He tells me. "Okay father" I say while whipping my eyes.
       I put on a tight black dress, with tiny straps. Underneath I wear black tights with black dots. Along with nude heels. I dress to impress, but I don't wear a uniform. I'm in fear I will be sorted into a different house. I leave to Hogwarts with my father. "Lila, Dumbledore will announce you to the student body in the great hall. Then you will be sorted. The same way you were in year one." He states. "Yes father" I reply. The rest of the way I stay utterly silent.
     My stomach is turning into all directions at once. My knees shake as we stand outside the great hall doors. I hear Dumbledore speaking inside. "Students. We will have a new student join us shortly. I give everyone permission to greet them as they arrive. They will be sorted into a house as the come in." He says loudly.
       "I am letting all of you know now. Many may already know the student." He states. I shake so much. I don't know how I will react to seeing all of my classmates again. Will I cry? Will I freeze? Will I stand there like a bad ass boss bitch? I have no clue. My father walks in the great hall without me. I hear him say...
       "Students welcome our new year six student." The huge doors open loudly. I walk in about ten steps, and scan the room. "My daughter Lila Snape" he says with confidence. I glare among the crowd. All I hear is gasps. I see three student stand up slowly sobbing.
      ITS HARRY, HERMONIE, AND LUNA! As I notice we run towards each other instantly in a huge group huge crying. "Is it really you?" Luna's soft voice questions while crying. I nod. "I missed you guys terribly" I reply sobbing. I can't believe I am hugging my best friends right now. Everyone in the great hall is staring with their jaw's hanging low.
      All four of us hug. All letting out so much emotions. Everyone is in utter shock. "Lila. Please sit, as we see if you remain in Hufflepuff" Dumbledore says. We all pull away as I walk to the front. Hermonie, Luna, and Harry stand there hugging as they watch me walk away. I here "it's really her guys" Hermonie says. "She's really alive" Harry says while smiling. I am so relieved to hear their voices. Something I didn't think I would hear again.
     I go to sit on the chair. I'm looking straight ahead. Not meeting gaze with anyone. The huge hat is placed on my head. It doesn't say a word. Everyone looks at me while in the edge of their seats. "Hmmmm. Oh I see" the hat says. "SLYTHERIN!" The hat yells. I hear everyone gasp. My jaw drops. There is no way!
     I look behind myself at my father. His eyes grow big, as I see a smile on his face. I slowly stand up, as he graces me with a huge hug. "Just like your mother and I" he says happily. I walked slowly to the Slytherin table, while not taking my eyes off Harry, Luna, and Hermonie. I take a seat in the middle of the table in an empty spot. I stare at the table in disbelief. How can I possibly have been placed in this house?! Dumbledore starts to speak. He is shaking out of surprise.
        All of a sudden I hear "Why is this such a big deal? Why is everyone surprised some new mud blood was put in Slytherin?!" Some blonde boy says. I don't recall who he is. "Are you stupid" another slytherin says. "That is Snap's daughter. The Hufflepuff that went missing in year one idiot" some Ravenclaw yells. I don't think he was listening.
      Yea, I'm here! Yes I'm alive! Now stop looking and taking about me like I'm some mystical creature!" I yell. "And you. You better shut your mouth before I shut it for you blondie" I say calmly to that blonde kid.
    "Then do it" he says quietly. "Your excused!" Dumbledore yells. Then I walk out to the blonde kid. He has this big ugly smirk in his face.
      "You don't  know me. So don't speak to me, look at me, or speak of me. Got it blondie?" I whisper to him. "And what if I do?" He asks. I pull out my wand, and put it to his neck backing him into the wall. "Then you shall be added to my list of people I have killed." I say calmly mocking the smirk he gave me earlier.
     "Look at you. You wouldn't hurt a fly" he replies. "You don't know me" I say. "Your right. I don't. So who are you new girl?" He says. "Lila Snape. I was kidnapped during year one. I escaped. So now I'm back. Being held hostage for six years is a long time right?" He stays silent. "Well then I'll answer for you. Yes, it is a long time. And just so you know. I'm not scared of anything. Meaning I am not at all threatened by you. " I say. I pull away and start to walk to class.
     I don't know what has gotten into me. All of sudden I feel something grab my arm. Before I know it that idiot has me pinned to the wall.
