After the majority of Harvey Greene Grammar School, or Higgs, burned down, Victoria has a hard time accepting that sometimes things just burn. Right down to the ground. She has yet to realise that it's difficult to put a fire out by yourself. And sometimes, people need help. But it doesn't make you weak or an idiot...
