Naruto's Illness

A month ago it was discovered that I had some new type of disease. It was new thus... incurable. Granny Tsunade (I know most people say it different idc) and her team have been working on a cure but most likely I'll die. *can someone tell me what a one shot is* I don't own the cover or naruto
