She replied softly, trying not to cry, "Yeah, Len, I'm here." "Good," he replied, then said, "I love you, Kate. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, but I love you." Kate choked back a sob and replied, "I love you too, Len." Of course Leonard McCoy would choose moments before he was about to die as the time to reveal his true feelings. Leonard loved her, and she was about to lose him.
