18 year old Noelle lost her mother in a car accident when she was 15. After that Noelle and her brother Christian stopped visiting their mother’s parents in Shell Cove. Where they used to spend every sun filled day in summer on the beach with the twins Kaden and Haden and running around in there grandfathers store on rainy days. But now Noelle’s just graduated high school and when some bad news comes to her about her perfectly mapped out future she panics and finds herself driving down the familiar high way back to Shell Cove. Where nothing’s changed at all, except maybe the secret between her and Kaden and the fact that Haden isn’t really the upbeat boy juggling four different sports and school like he used to. But at least she can once again sit on the beach with her two best friends and maybe her brother before it’s off to school in the fall.

A girl was born mute and her mother didn't know what to do. They were too poor to get her the right education she needed and that way she remained silent. Everyday became a struggle and she had to become a criminal to survive. Here's the story of Lara. Updates are going to be slow. I make this book for fun and have no scheduled updating. I'm not gonna rush chapters.

Harper Novak has never been the kind of girl people forget. At five-eleven with storm-gray eyes and a lifetime of scars from farm work, she's learned how to stand her ground - and how to keep people at a distance. Life in Bethany, Connecticut has never been simple, but Harper knows her place in it: work hard, stay steady, and never let anyone close enough to see the cracks. Jonah is the opposite. Quiet, private, the kind of guy who slips through the halls at school without ever being noticed. He's kept his circle small and his world smaller, content to live on the edges. Until Harper Novak starts showing up in it. What begins as uneasy proximity shifts into something else - stolen conversations, late nights that linger too long, and a slow unraveling of the walls they've both built. But Harper carries more weight than she lets on, and Jonah isn't sure if stepping closer means saving her or losing himself. In a town where everyone thinks they know everyone else, Harper and Jonah are about to find out what it really means to be seen.
