Matt and his best friend Kate have grown up next door to each other. Practically brother and sister they know each other better than anyone. He embarks on a personal journey to help her, but slowly, Kate just pushes everyone else away. Matt fights for her, but after he discovers a dreadful secret that literally ruins lives, he is more determined than ever to make sure she is okay.
