The Avengers launch the Fragment Initiative, a program meant to rescue, contain, and evaluate these displaced heroes, experiments, heirs, and anomalies before reality collapses completely. Each accepted OC is a "Fragment" someone torn from a ruined world, carrying powers, trauma, and secrets from timelines that no longer exist. But not every survivor wants saving, and not every broken world wants to stay dead.
