Ethan wasn't supposed to end up this way, not bite burning and everyone just watching him suffer. Stunned that Jesse actually went through with it. He thought Sarah would save him, Ethan didn't want her to give it up, so she doesn't. In which Sarah doesn't save Ethan and he becomes a vampire. (Rewritten.)
