If you actually put thought into it, every job out there is, in some way, a customer service job. Thing is, if you work in a job that is obviously customer service, like much of today’s youth, you wind up finding a lot of idiots. And frankly, you wind up finding out that a lot of things that you didn’t give a thought to before really irritates the living hell out of you. People can be abusive, obnoxious, and all around irritating, whether they’re your co-workers or they’re the customers. This collection of rants will be centered around some of the true stories that I’ve picked up working in a particular grocery store that shall stay unnamed. All names will be changed. Consider this a general guideline. While it may not apply to every sales clerk out there, it sure as hell applies to me. And while I like to believe the best in people, some of them are dumb as hell, mean as hell, and obnoxious as all get out. And In case you couldn't tell, this rant book focuses on something a lot of people apparently don't like to acknowledge about any blatant service job: We. Are. Human. We make mistakes, we get emotional, we forget things and we get a lot of shit. Enjoy.

Most people would overlook a simple obstacle to an "easy" paycheck. But "simple" and "easy" are subjective terms, and most people don't work for deviant, eyelined sadists who have a genuine lust for the depraved. When three years of customer service take their last toll on Oliver Baxter's slowly departing mental stability, all hell literally "breaks loose."

This is a bunch of short stories compiled into one book based on my job as a cashier in a food store. This book is not completed, so I'll always be adding new snippets (possibly every day, depending on if there's anything noteworthy).
