Cara Reigns is a full time detective in the city of San Francisco. Well respected by her colleagues, Cara is a hard-worker and food and what she does. A case is brought to the table, regarding the mysterious disappearances and murders of the San Franciscan residents. The clues and the evidence all lead up to a very familiar suspect. With the help her partner Lyle, they find the suspect to be one they had never imagined. But why are they out of all people to be the one responsible for the dreadful terror being inflicted upon the innocent people of the quiet peaceful town?
