Every company is required to register a registered office address at the time of incorporation. However, if for any reason the members of the company decide to change in registered office of company then an intimation of the same is required to be filed with the MCA in Form INC-22 within 30 days from the date of such change. However, if the change is from one state to another or from the jurisdiction of one ROC to anther ROC then permission of the Regional Director (RD) is required.
