"I never really cared about if I was alone or not, as long as I was enjoying myself." Hikaru Hoshina, a 13 year old girl who love space and constellations. She is very scatterbrained and very uplifting to those around her. One day, she was drawing a constellation that reminded her of a childhood friend named "Lala". She could not remember her details very well, due to some memory loss of her friend. But the one thing she could remember was how much Lala loved the constellation, called "Fuwa", or well known as a "Fairy"... When Hikaru sees a shooting star, she makes a wish about seeing an alien and hopes to become good friends with them.. Even though Hikaru knows that Madoka's Dad, Fuyuki, does not want anyone to get in contact with aliens, that doesn't stop her from wishing on Will Hikaru somehow see an alien?
