Their arrival causes suspicion among the populace, especially when the Totems and Tapus become corrupted. The two work together in an effort to clear the corruption while also fighting against Team Aether who wish to control the Tapu and Totem's power for themselves.

Sophocles was levels weaker than Hau even though they were Electric type trainers as a result Sophocles lost to Hau . Hau and Ash were the Finalists for the Grand Final. Hau won easily thus making her the first even Alolan Champion. Lillie and her girlfriend Kiawe just came from Kanto. Kiawe became Kahuna . Though once an indirect idea comes to her, she's willing to do it to get what she wants. But how far will she go to get what she wants? Meanwhile Hau goes missing, and no one knows where he might have gone. It's a race against time to try and find him before Lusamine starts her plans, but certain things are just better off staying missing.
