14 year old Ami and her mom move to New York to follow Ami's dreams after her dad dies. On her way to New York she meets another dancer. her name is Venus. when they get to the states Ami and Venus enter a dance competition. winning the competition means that the dance studio will give you free lessons. this is a big deal because Ami and her mom don't have much money.
