He reigned from Harvord, a peasant family in the capital city of Limus. An unassuming youth whom, at the age of nine, showed high magical capacity. At the age of fifteen, he was enlisted in the magic academy of which Limus had constructed in an effort to recruit more mages in to the Arcana Division, and further honed his unique skillset. At the age of sixteen, he discovered darkspeed.
