Welp. Should have known. Messing with portals when I had no proper sleep for a month is a bad idea. Especially with a beginner magic user. Cara Mathews is a world class dancer. While dancing on-stage at the CNDC, she is shot and sent to place called the Second Dimension. She meets some interesting people while in her padded cell in the Second Dimension. She falls in love and gets a new best friend, all the while solving her murder and trying to get through the tests that will determine her fate.
