She makes a booth, one of those that have those strings and you pull to see what prizes you get. 10 of those pink strings were kisses. Kisses from Tori. So when a mysterious, handsome man comes up to her booth and wins every kiss, she's suspicious. But a deal is a deal, Victoria has to kiss him 10 times whenever he wants her too. Tori's weirded out, because he's leaving her with mixed messages, confusion and yearning.
