Neínho comia antes com os olhos. Servia-se como quem voltara da guerra. Montava o prato como quem nunca mais ia comer. E comia feio. A mastigação, com a boca aberta, oferecia a quem estivesse por perto, visão total do bolo alimentar. Uma sinfonia de roncos e estalidos molhados tomava o ambiente. Era um troço nauseante.
