Lizzy is a friend of Fox's who likes to travel a lot around the world and has known fox for a couple of years and has become good friends with her, so when lizzy makes some new friends in Germany and ask them to come with her Japan they also get meet her small Japanese friend. Fox works at a prestigious and fancy hotel casino in Tokyo, Japan and happens to be one of the top workers there as she does very well with foreigners so when lizzy tells them they're coming to Japan she happily offers a discount and reservation.
