Harley a dragon hybrid goes Shogoukuen High. A high school that accepts humans and monsters. While in junoir high there was an attack by the Jyamato. Harley was on of these victims. He was saved by a rider.Geats. From that day on he would work to make his own driver. One year later he would meet Yoimiya on hist last year of Junior high. With there combined work they were able to make his own driver and Raise buckle. Later on through out the year the Jyamato launch another attack. Harley used this to his advantage to test out his Raise buckle. Henshining into Kamem rider Drago. His buckle has the ability to change elements. While fighting the Jyamato he finds himself cornered and not able to switch elements. Familiar shots are heard. His hero Kamen rider Geats showed up to save them again. After the fight.
