Maybelle was a normal girl to everyone who saw her besides always wearing turtlenecks and leggings no matter how hot the weather was, but at home it was a whole different story. Her father was an abusive alcoholic and her mom....... she just went along with it by pretending not to know what was happening by staying at work as late as possible until the day she got up the courage to run away with her daughter. Ever since that fateful night, she and Maybelle have been on the run, never staying in one place for too long, in fear that he would find them.

"What" Alex whispered her eyes wide open "I dare you to kiss Tyler" Mte repeated Alex was speechless, how could Mte do that. How could she kiss Tyler in front of Lillian, that didn't sound fair She had feelings for him, what if she lost control "I don't think that's a good idea" Fiona said before looking at Tyler then back at the group "I ...I can't" Alex said quietly "Oh come on don't be boring" Zack said "You know what happened last time we involved him Mte, give her another dare" Molly said "What happened?" Alex looked at the group "I was dared to kiss him" Lillian explained "he pushed me so hard I felt rejected" Lillian said in a sad tone That scared Alex "I'm so sorry" Alex sympathized thinking of how Tyler was going to react in the upcoming minutes Tyler had trust issues, it was obvious he was going to push her away too. Did she really want to do this? It was a dare right, she had it coming I regret playing this game "It's okay" Lillian shrugged and smiled "I'm over it" Is she? "Well I'm waiting" Mte said in all seriousness "I'll set the timer here" Mte took out his phone, placed it on the table "I don't think this is a good idea" Molly shook her head Mte began setting the timer "Come on babe, we don't change dares she has to do this" Zack said yearning for the drama that was about to be unfold He stood up and pulled Alex up "Zack" Alex tried stopping him from pushing her to Tyler "Zack no ..no please" Tyler was walking around the counter when Alex suddenly stumbled in front of him, he watched her as she stood awkwardly trying her best not to fall She stood straight and looked at him Their eyes met ••• Alexandria has been strictly watched by her father for eighteen years When she leaves for college, his father frees her from his clutches so she could live her life away from her family
