(He was close to their parents) However, when the countries get hazed (turned evil and crazy: ww2 and Cold War), America is forced to kill them in order to help them. (Borrowed from another book, I just can't remember which one🥲.) But before that happened, Soviet had Russia and his siblings, Nazi had Germany, Italy had younger Italy, and Japanese Empire had Japan. When the powers died, America vowed to protect the kids. No matter what.
