I never thought it would ever run through my mind how 2 souls can be so great for each other, when it comes to taming the untamed horse. It takes patients and time. Taking a once untamed horse and taming it into a trail riding horse takes a while. A horse named Lacie at 5 years of age was the unexpected untamed horse that I was bound and determined to make my own personal trail horse. The untamed, wild horse turns into a sweet, caring, loving, beautiful tame horse. All in all it was worth the time to me. Loving the horse unconditionally, I took my time to tame her. The mare was a beautiful grulla and paint sabino. Some would call her a inside out blue roan, do to her unique coloring and markings. APHA has determined her as an unusual and unique coloring. One of the most rarest of all horse of all time. I was determined to tame this mare because nobody else could tame her. She has free spirit and a untamed soul.

I lost Zeus's Thunder on April 17th 2023. It was the hardest day of my life and every night it plays on repeat in my head. My hope is by writing this, maybe I can forget that day and remember Zeus for what he was: the most goofy, and loveable boy in my life. Zeus did so much for me both on the ground and under saddle, this year he was a force to be reckoned with but no one never got to see the potential I saw in him the day I met him.
