Helena Anne Winifred Stark has gone by many names. First, she was Helena Stark, a bit of a wild card with a brilliant mind. Second, she became Helena Rosa, wife to an amazing officer who gave his life during the Second World War. After the death of Rafael, Helena became a Stark again, but this time she was a mother who poured her love into her only child. Lastly, World War Two survivor secretly became Helena Rogers, wife to a wanted criminal known as Steve Rogers. However, when the world needed them most, they both answered the call that ended in disaster. Left with the legacy of her great-grandmother, Violet Lucia Alfonsi has to help Steve and Tony pick up where Helena left off.

Helena Stark is one of the best mechanics in the world. She works alongside with her brother Howard to try to help America during WWII. However, in this time of war and strife, Helena has suffered the most. Especially, with having a baby and no father. Her husband died when the war first started, leaving her a widow and her daughter, Rosemary fatherless. When they are approached to help with the Super Soldier project, Helena meets Steve Rogers and is charmed by his chivalry. They work together and Helena learns that good men still exist in the world, you just have to pay attention.

Helena Stark woke up in a world she did not think possible. A few years could go by, at least that's what she always told herself. However, when a man who claims to be her brother's only son, she knew that it was more than a few years. Helena's life with her daughter Rosemary was a wonderful life, but now it's gone. Now, it is time for Helena to try to navigate this HYDRA free world, with her grown-up family at her side.
