The sea calls out to a young maiden, desperate to escape the chains of nobility, swords clash, and treasure nigh, the Captain of the Flaming Agate, and the maiden of a high house must fight to defend their homes and the jewel of the sea.

Annie tries hard to just blend in with the crowd but a persistent boy and a malevolent entity makes that nearly impossible. while trying just to enjoy life and her best friend Jaks it all seems normal. until things begin to happen that she doesn't yet clearly understand. she begins to see things. hear things...is this entity out to get her? or just trying to help her. What was it...good or evil?
