Join our 16, going on 17, year old protagonist (all in first person) as she faces her fears and protects her country, as well as the ones she loves, against the Rogues; humanimals that have turned against peace. *I kind of hate the way I wrote this. I love my 'characters' (basically just my friends and our fictional crushes), so I will continue the side stories. I might eventually write a new book with four of these characters. These are my actual OCs, but their design will be slightly different.*

There are animal characters, which I tried to convey as realistically as possible. I have done a lot of research and tried my best to make it seem like a real animal. _________________________________________________________________________________ (WARNING: Mild spoilers ahead) While those before us used domesticated dogs and birds to be of use in war, I have always wondered, why not tigers? Or wolves? Well, today I have made it possible for us to gain the upper hand in WWV, I call them, Humanimals. What you see here are infants that have been recently taken from their mother, just barely able to no longer need their mother's breast milk. But, in only a few years, they will be genetically mixed with animals. Powerful animals, like lions and bears. Then they will learn how to be that animal, and can be just as strong if not stronger then those of their "species". Then, we will mix them further, causing them to become super-powered almost. Like the ability to camouflage life a chameleon, or given wings to fly like a bird. That is the type of experiment I am conducting Mr. President.

Kayla is a wolf shifter who loves to explore the woods. One day in the woods she meets a fox shifter named Lukas. After a while they became close friends, soon to learn about their ancestor past. Suddenly Lukas goes missing and it's up to Kayla to find him. ... The figure steps into the light. It was Sherah. She looked like a wreck and she was crying, too. Sherah's hands formed a ball, she held close to her, like she has something in her hands. "Sherah! What happened? Are you alright?" I asked, my head spun with so many questions, "Where is-" "He's gone," She said suddenly. She fell to the ground. I ran over to her. I kneeled down to her level. "What?" I consoled. "Lukas...," Sherah replied, "He's been captured."

a huminal is someone who is part animal and part human. that is how the world is in this book. predators still attacking prey. prey hiding in fear that is how it is in the entire world. but two huminals are different. prey and predator together. that's all im saying now. read it if you want to know more. just read it.
