Waiting for hope in an illusive sensation?

I miss how things used to be when I was just Alexia, the quiet little orphan. And when Blaise was just Blaise, the school pretty-boy and my best friend. The simplicity, before there was any magic, love and death. Maybe even further, before I even came to Kelly's deranged household. I stifle a sob, looking at the broken body before me. Nothing can be undone, nothing can be saved. I must move quickly, there's no time to waste.

The paradox and beautiful pain of time...

°•poetry•° The story of a girl who just wanted to feel wanted. -- Illusive is a story I've been working on since I was in 7th grade. I'm currently a sophomore in college. This story has meant so much to me over those years and I'm glad that I'm finally getting comfortable enough to post it. I've been struggling to get it how I want it. It wasn't originally going to be poetry, but I got a little inspiration from another great story. Illusive is based on a dream I had about my 7th-grade crush, which is embarrassing, but oh well. I couldn't get the strange dream out of my head and thought it made an interesting idea for a story. Illusive has a relatively short storyline, despite my efforts to make it longer. If I do add more poems in between the current ones, I'll post a new story that will be the extended version. The plan at the moment for this story is to compile an omnibus type thing that has the story written in different styles. I've already developed a short story called 'Illusive: A Summary' that is fairly short but gives more detail about Sadie. The idea is that by writing it in different styles, the reader will be able to get more out of the story. I know I've shown it to a few friends and they didn't understand the story told through poems. I'm sorry for all this rambling on the story description but I don't want to ruin the book by posting it in one of the parts. Now, may I present my most precious work, Illusive.

Things will always be what they seem for Sola's planet. Her planet is ordered and made sure everything is the way it should be. If you don't follow the rules you could be punished harshly, or even worse, reset. Order is mandatory everywhere on her planet, SEEK-02. A utopian planet fit for the rich and organized. Everything is "perfect" there, everyone is safe there, and most importantly, no chaos. But what will happen when people start to rebel? When enemies fight back? When things aren't so perfect anymore? But deep down underneath, is SEEK-02 the perfect little planet that it pretends to be? Yes, it is, for things will always be what they seem here. No worries, no chaos. Just how it should be...forever.

The life of two different assassin's is not easy. John Smith and Jennifer Black are both the best assassins in the world. As we all know, the best always cross paths. Smith and Black constantly cross paths when they have to kill the same target. Anything can happen when a trained killer gets pissed of at his or her competition. As they say, "An Assassin's Worst Enemy is equal competition." Hopefully they dont kill each other before they can tell each other how they really feel.....
