Settings: 10 years after the introduction of IronBat, 10 years since the Fall of Echelon, 2 years since the fall of Justice. The year is 2056 on Earth 316, timeline 01. Place: New Arcadia, the rebuilt capital of Earth 316 - a neon-lit mega-city merging Earth 1 survivors with 316 natives. The fall of Justice has caused a merge of two realities of Earth: 316 and 1. Earth 1 has been destroyed and the remaining inhabitants must now adapt to Earth 316. The protagonist, Dylan Atlas, is a 17 year old boy from Earth 1 who is caught in the crossfire of vigilante IronBat and C.O.D.E.X. carnage Mirage.
