It began in Mexico. That was where the world began its demise. After the virus engulfed half of Mexico in its sickly, crazed grip, it made its way to well known cities like San Diego and Los Angeles, the dead spreading like wildfire, turning innocent people into deranged psychopaths who craved nothing but to sink their teeth into the soft flesh of any living, breathing organism. The deceased would quickly travel to other parts of the country, then soon to other parts of the world, wiping out the population and all aspects of humanity along with it. ------ When Claire Dearing, Owen Grady and Maisie Lockwood stumble upon a refugee camp, the trio and their newfound friends must fight not only the dead but living humans in order to survive. It's early 2019, and the engines of Sodor are expecting another year of the usual adventures, incidents, and other things that happen on the railway daily... But an auction gone awry in California from last year is about to make this somewhat peaceful island a bit more.... chaotic. (I Don't think anyone has done something like this before, so be prepared for a wild ride. Also, no, it won't have tons of death like other Sodor AUs, just the island and its engines trying to live and work with dinosaurs in their lives now, though that won't mean that characters will get injured in the process of learning.
