When Kingdoms of Remnant come upon the elemental they think its uninhabited but when they come ashore they find that they are not alone and the Kingdoms join force with the akatsuki to try and capture the jinchuuriki but the akatsuki and madara were defeated before they could carry out their plan so they lied to their people and declared after a 2 and a half year war the nations were able to puch them out and bring them to the negotiation table for peace talks so to help ease the hostilities between them they send former anbu Naruto Uzumaki who just recently got married to Hana Inuzuka
