After fighting along side Leonardo, Klaus becomes infatuated with little Leonardo. He can't stop himself from thinking about him. He wants to protect him, he wants to help him, although Leonardo doesn't understand why Klaus is acting so kind to him, after all he was the reason Klaus got hurt, when trying to stop William from destroying the barrier. But after seeing how much Leonardo cried after Ghost disappeared, he wanted to protect him from whatever would come after him.
