Lucinda is a girl with a heart of gold but more baggage than she can carry. Nathan is reclusive guy who has seen too much for his years. Alex is a hot-blooded brawler with something hidden beneath the surface. Alice is sweet, overly happy sugar addict, with a secret. And Lucky just doesn't seem to have what it takes to impress the ladies. In highschool, everyone's got a story to tell. Even more so when you're an outcast, cursed to live a life considered less by the general population. Some secrets are worse than others. Some things are better left unsaid. And sometimes choices are made that really are irreversible.

I picked up a hitchhiker one night, a young woman. She captivated me, not for her beauty but because I felt some sort of… connection with her. The connection grew with each mile I drove. Shortly after I dropped her off at the edge of an unceremoniously small town, I found the sad toy she had left in the back seat. An old teddy bear... I recognised it immediately! That was the bear from my childhood! Every fibre of my being tensed with recognition and screamed for me to turn around. My hands obeyed and before I knew it, my suburban made a quick U-turn. I raced back to where I had let her out. I wouldn't have recognised the turn-out save for the sign: Gorden Creek. I'm surprised anyone would choose to live here if they hadn't been born here… I must find her!
