I literally have one of the best inspiring speeches that is more and only focused on psychology! Life lessons, educational facts, theories and so much more to help shape a better world! We all want world peace whether it's for ourself or the whole world but most likely both. We wonder why there's so much hate in the world yet they want world peace. And they don't really think long and hard about what they can do for their part to contribute to bringing our world closer to world peace. Yeah, not everyone is gonna like us, but they have no right or logical or positive reason or meaning to hate someone. If you don't like someone, don't like them. But don't hate them. Hate is a strong word. Words are powerful and they come with their consequences. Choose your words wisely. Language matters! And we all have anxiety, stress and panic many times throughout our lives about many things. We stress and worry about failing tests, the possibility of dying, and many others too. But the truth here is that we have the ability to choose one thought over the other when it comes to stress. Yeah stress makes us think and easily believe that if we fail, it's the end of the world. But whether we fail or not, everyone else is still alive and the world is still going on. Stress doesn't have any real or logical reason or point to back up their theories or beliefs. They just come into our lives to drive us crazy insane and making a mess of our lives. But whether we like it or not to hear this, we have more power in how our emotions impact and affect us and our lives. Don't you think it's time to use this as a way to retrain our brains, our computers, iPhones, tablets to think with emotional intelligence?
