I wrote this poem out of my frustration towards the racists in our World. Help Tackle Racism to make our world a better place

My definition of hope... Knowing that something won't go away no matter how many times you ask, but still praying every night. I am Leslie Gray. Otherwise known as Leslie Gay, and I'm sure you know why. I am lesbian... I like girls. And I thought that this one girl in particular liked me back, but oh boy, was I wrong. She was my best friend, beautiful, funny, caring... But of course, nobody's perfect, so when I told her my feelings and she started to bully me. She called me a freak, a wh*re, a sl*t. My life was ruined. As any teen would, I turned to cutting when things got bad. But, thankfully, by twin, Aria saved me. Now she is the only friend I have. I'm starting college soon, because it's summer right now. Hopefully I can change which gender I like, before this whole thing starts again... Maybe... Read to find out how Leslie copes with having a beautiful girl as a roommate. Does her roommate like her back? We will find out in all of the Adventures of The Gays.
