Alden Dimirskiov is the son of a highly regarded doctor who invented the E20 cell to combat EMP bombs. Mathis knows the risks of being a hechie and will thus not allow his heart to make decisions for him. He has trained to make tactical decisions with his head. He keeps his friends to a minimum and at a distance and he will never, ever have a relationship out of fear of hurting them for his sacrifice. He will protect Alden at any cost, but he will keep his distance Soon after, however, Alden's dad mysteriously dies of abnormal causes and so Alden and Mathis must trace back Dr. Dimirskiov's history to discover his killer. The truth is more shocking than either of them could imagine. ***This is my first story, soooo expect some errors, but I'm pretty good at catching grammar stuff... This is also a boyxboy but that won't be the main focus of the story. There will be some language, but it (hopefully) won't be too excessive.
