A powerful gem known as a Chaos Emerald has been stolen from a laboratory by an army known as the Metarex. It is up to four brave and fearless heroes to retrieve it back before it's too late. These are heroes of special talents. Sonic, the blue ranger, having the power of super speed. Knuckles, the red ranger, having the power of super strength. Shadow, the black ranger, having the ability of flight and super jumping skills and combat power. Amy, the pink ranger, having the power of super defense skills, with the help of her trusty hammer. Together, these group of rangers work together to stop evil and save the day.

Infinite the jackal has returned to destroy the universe and uses the phantom ruby to travel to the sonic x timeline, sonic and three friends travel there as well to stop the new ultimate life form.

After the Metarex war the Sonic crew go home to Mobius for some R&R, but Tails has flashbacks not of himself but from the hero. What do these flashbacks mean? Will Tails ever get to see the hero again? Read and find out! Sorry I'm bad at descriptions, but it's based after season 3 of Sonic X.

The series follows the titular character, Sonic the Hedgehog, who battles his archenemy, Dr. Eggman, along with his allied friends, Miles "Tails" Prower, Knuckles Silverbolt, Amy Rose, Stellaria Marie "Stella" Silverbolt, Chloe, Cream the Rabbit, and Cheese, are both transferred from their home planet into a human world. There, Sonic befriends a 12-year-old human boy named Christopher Thorndyke, who helps Sonic and his friends to take on Dr. Eggman, becoming heroic celebrities to the human civilization while retrieving the Chaos Emeralds, so that they would be able to return home. The third season chronicles Sonic and his friends, including Chris, befriending an anthropomorphic green plant-like girl named Cosmo, reuniting with a lost parent of Stella, while facing off against Drake and an evil robotic alien army called the "Metarex". In memory of the late James Carter Cathcart and Rachel Lillis.
