The story is an odd to The streets album " a grand dont come for free". I loved the story told within the album and found that each time I listened to it, I would grieve for the characters, firstly because they floated off into the air when the album reached its final note, but also because they needed to be more, they needed more detail, meat on the bones mike and the band produced. so during lockdown, I wrote a backstage to each track, I made the people in the album my own. just like the album, the book has moments of both humour and melancholy.
