Elizabeth Stevenson-Horan is the secret twin of Niall Horan, member of the famous boy band One Direction. In fact, she is such a secret twin that even Niall and Elizabeth didn't know about each other for the first thirteen years of their lives. Now, though, the two are so close it's impossible to tell that they were ever apart. However, Elizabeth isn't known to the public eye. As far as any of the fans know, there are only two Horan's and both are boys. The boys don't know about her either. Niall has always wanted to introduce them but Elizabeth is too scared because of her awful past with boys. Since then, she has never trusted any guy outside of her family. But what will happen when the five finally meet and Louis finds himself stuck in the middle of the two twins?

It's five years later. Since Elizabeth had the triplets, a lot has changed. Yes, Zayn left One Direction to pursue his future on his own but he never left Elizabeth and the triplets. Elizabeth moved out of her small apartment in London to a house in the countryside where she was able to be a single mother, work from home and still manage to be a supportive sister. The lads, apart from Louis, have been there for Elizabeth every step of the way, spoiling her kids rotten every time they see them. They have all taken their jobs as godparents very seriously and love the kids like their own. Luke looked the spitting image of Niall but with Louis's greeny-blue eyes. Francesca turned out to be like a female Louis in appearance but had Niall and Elizabeth's eyes. James looked exactly like Louis with the same colour eyes, hair and smile. It almost hurt Elizabeth to see him. The triplets were close, very close but also very different. They only had one thing in common: Their humour.

What would you do if the guy you were going to marry ran away during the day of your wedding? You'd run after him and kill him, right? But I didn't. Instead, I sulked around and blamed myself. And now that he's back, I did the only thing I thought was right. I pretended that I had amnesia and pretended that I forgot him.

Zayn felt her slipping through his fingers, slowly being taken away. He had to do something before everything is too late - or maybe it already was.

Two years ago, I watched him sleep beside me with his hair sprawled on his forehead. Now, I watch him have the time of his life from our television screen. I wouldn’t expect every one of you to know me, since he tried to hide me from all of you. I don’t know why though. Maybe he cared or maybe he was ashamed. But one thing is for sure, it's not really good bye after all.

Stuck between the past and the present, Isabel doesn't know what to believe in anymore. Goodbyes have been constant in her life and forgetting seems to be the only option. But one thing's for sure. The truth will never be forgotten.
