This is a storyline where a genetically created metahuman was born in the lab by evil scientists, born and bred to become a weapon of mass carnage, but was ultimately saved by two innocent people who took the infant into their care, and raised him to become a kind young man who soon would learn of his powers, and devote his existence to using his powers of transformation for good and protecting the innocent people, using the artificially added ability of the Genome Chips, which allow Ndebele to transform into various monsters, all with unique abilities.
